With a trajectory of more than 40 years in the sector, its creator Víctor García has founded in Barcelona the prestigious restaurant El Asador del Bierzo.
Among the dishes that win the most among diners, we can highlight the rice with lobster, paella, black rice and cod. It is also famous for its shrimp and squid, rice with cuttlefish or fideuás of all kinds. To this we add the botillo del Bierzo, the chorizo, the lamb, the cod, the kid, the octopus, and of course, the ribeye grilled.
It is important to emphasize the great variety of tapas, we have more than 50 tapas, some of the most important are the anchovies, the meats and the tuna tartar.
